Tucked away in a quiet alcove off Old Northern Road, Baulkham Hills, news of the eatery
that claims to ‘bring Surry Hills to the Hills” is beginning to spread.
The menu includes an all-day breakfast as well as a full lunch selection. This is quality fare
with only the best ingredients, like the artisan-style breads, making the cut.
Some dishes draw delightful inspirations from the Middle East and South American
backgrounds of owners Soleil El-Hazouri and Pavel Cardenas.
The baked eggs are already a crowd favourite with the combination of ranchero sauce,
smoked ham, spinach and parmesan cheese winning over many a palette.
The Middle Eastern bruschetta adds tomato, olives, spanish onion, mint and our own
mum’s made zaatar as a point of different.
There are also sweet things available which is baked daily in house. These include the
Turkish delight and rosewater cheesecake, ginger brulee tart, house baked assorted
muffins just to name a few.
